the parking rates are TERRIBLE!!! with the 7% GST, the carparks rates increase is horrible man... from $3 bucks to $4 bucks after the increase.... how many percent is that!!! buggers... just taking the chance to earn more money..... argh!!!!

I shall pledge to take my bike or public transport from this moment onwards (05/09/07 1.10am) when i go out... sigh.....
